Job Description
Step into a dynamic role at the intersection of law and business. As Employment Counsel, you'll serve as a trusted advisor on all facets of employment law, including agency charges, compliance, accommodations, compensation, and employee separations. You'll manage pre-litigation disputes and guide business leaders through complex workplace issues with clarity and confidence.
This role is strategic as well as reactive. You'll proactively identify risks, shape policies, and provide insightful counsel to navigate an evolving legal landscape—all while ensuring cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Collaboration is essential. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and outside counsel, aligning legal strategies with business objectives and fostering effective communication across teams.

Annual salary ranges from $104,000 to $187,625, based on experience and qualifications.
The selected candidate will be required to undergo a background check.
