Job Title:Employment Associate Attorney

Duties:

Assist in handling employment law matters from initial client intake through trial or settlement

Participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings

Collaborate with legal team members on case strategy and trial preparation

Maintain clear and timely communication with clients regarding case status

Support negotiation and resolution of severance and settlement agreements

Requirements:

0-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably with exposure to employment litigation

Demonstrated interest in advocating for employee rights

Exceptional research and persuasive writing abilities

Ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume litigation setting

Willingness to engage in all stages of case development and litigation

Admitted to practice law in New Jersey

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Active and good standing membership with the New Jersey State Bar
