Qualifications

• J.D. or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted (or eligible for admission) in Massachusetts.
• 4+ years of employment law experience at a law firm or similar setting.
• Demonstrated experience litigating employment matters and counseling employers on compliance.
• Track record drafting employment related policies and agreements.
• Hands-on experience conducting workplace investigations and supporting training initiatives.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Sound judgment, strong problem-solving instincts, and close attention to detail.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple matters while collaborating well within a team.
