Job summary

GetHired, Inc. in Pasadena, CA is seeking a full-time counselor to conduct outreach, perform intake, and develop IEPs for participants. You will provide career counseling and collaborate with host agencies to place participants in unsubsidized employment.

The role requires at least a two-year degree in a related field and strong communication, with preference for bilingual English/Spanish and a valid CA driver's license.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field preferred.
• Three years of work experience in a counseling environment or any combination of education and experience providing the skills and knowledge for successful performance.
• Must be computer literate and able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Possess a valid California driver's license, dependable automobile and adequate auto insurance.
