Arizona Automotive Institute, part of Ancora Education, is seeking an Employer Relations Specialist to develop and manage employer partnerships that create employment opportunities for graduates. You will build relationships with local, regional and national employers, and maintain detailed records in CampusVue while traveling up to 70%.

• Associates Degree in business/sales field or 2+ years of comparable experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, plus the ability to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving, creativity in prospecting and independent judgment.
• Proficiency in computer research and database management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage employer relationships to increase graduate employment opportunities.
• Build community involvement to enhance campus branding.
• Attend weekly Career Services meetings to align goals with available graduates.
• Identify job leads and orders through proactive outreach and meetings.
• Follow up with employers after interviews to gauge openings.
• Document employer interactions and job leads in CampusVue.
• Collaborate with Career Coaches to create placements for graduates.
• Prepare and deliver daily/weekly reports on activity and expenses.
