Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health, counseling, educational administration, higher education, human resources, or related area.
• Three (3) years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and sustain a portfolio of employer and community partnerships to expand employment and experiential learning opportunities for students and alumni.
• Schedule consultations with partners, assess needs, and design partnership plans to support recruitment and engagement.
• Assist with posting and updating job and experiential opportunities in the career management system and Handshake.
• Administer surveys and utilize data tools to evaluate partnerships and outcomes.
• Plan and coordinate large-scale recruitment events and provide guidance to students and alumni.
