Cincinnati State seeks a Concierge Advisor to serve as the primary relationship manager for employers in the Technician Earn-and-Learn Incentive Program. You will guide eligible employers through options, readiness, pathway selection, and milestone progress, acting as a provider-neutral advocate throughout the process.

This is a consultative, non-passive role requiring strong relationship-building and the ability to coordinate with multiple partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Three years of experience in employer services, workforce development, or related area.
• Demonstrated ability to assess employer needs, coordinate multiple partners, and follow through.
• Experience with CRM and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsabilidades

• Employer outreach and relationship management to engage JobsOhio-industry employers.
• Maintain the employer’s primary advisor relationship from first contact through milestones and follow-up.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and HR across client sites.
• Manage an assigned portfolio and coordinate referrals, questions, and next steps.
