Job summary

Henry Ford Health seeks a collaborative Employee Safety professional to collect, analyze, and share safety data to identify opportunities for improvement and to develop and implement safety interventions with site leadership and HR.

You will support the development and oversight of comprehensive employee safety programs, ensure system-wide recommendations are implemented at local sites with CEO accountability, and communicate effectively with employees, leadership, physicians, and external

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in employee safety, occupational safety, clinical safety, or quality assurance.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MIOSHA and OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
