Whether you’re experienced or early in your employee relations career, this role offers the chance to grow while making a meaningful impact.

Your Impact: Strengthen Culture, Compliance, and Trust

Employee Relations & Workplace Investigations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee complaints, concerns, and policy-related questions.
  • Conduct or support investigations into workplace issues such as harassment, discrimination, conflicts, or misconduct.
  • Document all case activity thoroughly and confidentially, maintaining accurate and secure records.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and legal counsel on complex employee relations matters.

Policy Guidance & Manager Support

  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Support the fair and consistent application of policies, helping ensure decisions align with organizational values and legal obligations.
  • Assist in the administration of corrective actions, disciplinary processes, and performance improvement plans.

Training, Engagement & Communication

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions related to workplace conduct, anti-harassment, and conflict resolution.
  • Help promote an inclusive, respectful workplace by supporting employee engagement strategies and policy education.
  • Compile and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and support proactive improvements.

Compliance & Process Support

  • Help monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Support audits, reporting, and documentation related to employee relations.
  • Provide administrative and project support for HR initiatives as needed.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with a focus on Employee Relations.
  • Strong knowledge or foundational understanding of employment laws (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, ADA, Title VII).
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification.
  • Experience conducting or supporting workplace investigations.
  • Exposure to mediation or conflict resolution training.

Whether you’re an early-career HR professional looking to develop in the employee relations space or a more seasoned practitioner seeking a strategic, people-first environment—you’ll find opportunity, challenge, and impact in this role.
