Pella Corporation is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization, helping navigate complex employee relations matters while advancing positive team member experiences.

You will conduct thorough investigations, coach leaders, identify risks, and support performance improvement and accommodation processes, fostering a respectful, confidential environment and contributing to organizational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3-5 years in human resources, employee relations, or related field.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders through complex workplace situations.
• Strong investigation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Consult leaders on employee performance, conduct, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct thorough, objective investigations of policy concerns and misconduct.
• Provide coaching to leaders on ER best practices.
• Identify ER trends and risks with leadership.
• Develop and implement performance improvement and corrective actions.
• Maintain confidential documentation of ER matters.
• Conduct exit interviews and share insights to improve retention.
• Review and process religious accommodation requests.
• Assist leadership with workplace emergencies and sensitive situations.
• Represent the company in unemployment claims as needed.
