Job summary

Banner University Medical Group in Phoenix seeks an Employee Relations Business Partner to support a fast-paced academic environment. You will investigate and resolve employee relations concerns, counsel leaders, and ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, and related HR regulations.

You will partner with facility managers and HR colleagues to develop training, improve performance, and maintain consistent HR practices across departments; strong investigation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in HR, Management, Business or related field with several years in HR.
• Experience as HR generalist with employment law, conflict resolution and HR management responsibilities.
• Strong interviewing, confidentiality, and communication skills; ability to conduct investigations.

Responsibilities

• Assesses situations affecting employee relations and advises leaders on actions.
• Reviews HR metrics to identify trends and potential issues across departments.
• Provides timely assistance for manager/employee requests and maintains case records.
• Maintains documentation in case management systems and records investigations.
• Partners with HR teams to ensure compliance with EEO, ADA and related regulations.
• Designs training for leaders and staff to ensure consistent HR practices.
• Represents HR to facility staff and managers and escalates concerns appropriately.
• Collaborates with HR and operations to align goals and improve performance.
