Job summary

mydentist is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to join the People Experience Team in the Support Centre, Greater Manchester. This 12‑month fixed term contract is full time with hybrid working—one day per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Ability to deal with complex people issues and mitigate risk.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current UK employment law.
• Significant case management experience.
• Excellent written skills.
• Good IT skills including Word and Excel.
• Ability to identify trends in data and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commercially focused and customer oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, customer‑focussed advice and support within processes.
• Support operational management in disciplinary, grievance, attendance and performance management.
• Analyse regional people data with the ER team and implement solutions.
• Contribute to delivery of the HR people plan.
