The Amazon Delivery Services Employee Relations (ER) team supports Amazon and contractor teams executing last mile delivery services. Our central goal is to ensure fair, respectful treatment of employees aligned with our core values. The ER Manager's responsibilities are both proactive and reactive.
We seek an ER Manager skilled in collaborating with field operations managers, HR, and contractors; analyzing feedback to identify risks; creating and maintaining positive workplace programs; and designing training to promote best practices.
This full-time role reports to the WW Consumer organization and requires significant domestic travel, often on short notice, at least 50% of the time.
The position is located in the east region, primarily supporting the New York Metro area, covering the East region.

Compensation varies by geographic market, ranging from $114,600 to $189,500 annually, based on experience and location. Additional benefits and total compensation, including equity and sign-on bonuses, may apply. Applications are accepted until the position is filled via our career site.
