WarHorse Gaming is seeking an experienced Team Member Relations Specialist to join our HR team in Lincoln, with responsibilities including employee relations and workplace investigations. The role emphasizes fair, confidential handling of concerns in compliance with policies and laws.

The ideal candidate will have experience with workplace investigations, employee counseling, engagement initiatives, and events to strengthen workplace culture across WarHorse Gaming.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations and conducting workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel between WarHorse Gaming properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, confidential workplace investigations.
• Address employee relations concerns including conduct, policy violations, harassment, and discrimination.
• Partner with managers and HR leadership to resolve complex issues.
• Provide HR guidance on policies, performance, and workplace issues.
• Maintain confidential documentation of investigations and actions.
• Conduct regular meetings with business units to identify concerns.
• Analyze trends to improve employee relations.
• Support engagement, events, and retention initiatives.
