Job summary

Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support our field dealerships and assist the HR Director with complex operational tasks and case resolutions. You will manage confidential files, respond to managers and staff questions, help with onboarding, leave administration, and investigations while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of administrative or HR task experience at minimum.
• One to two years of experience in the HR field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for HR records and documentation.
• Answer and field questions from managers and employees on policies, leave and hiring processes.
• Initiate inquiries and investigations into complaints with HR Director’s support.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR files and information.
• Proofread and update documents produced by the department.
• Assist in review of processes for paperwork related to coaching, counseling and separations.
• Aid onboarding: I-9 collection, handbook acknowledgments, new hire processing.
• Review recruit/coaching/retention data to assist recruitment efforts.
• Serve as a resource to HR Director and Business Manager on HR needs.
