United Medical Imaging Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an experienced Employee Relations & HR Business Partner to provide hands-on employee relations and HR support for a multi-location healthcare organization.

Reporting to the VP of HR, the role handles employee relations, performance management, investigations and policy interpretation within California. The role is an individual contributor position based on-site in Los Angeles, with responsibility across locations for consistent policy

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with HR experience required.
• Minimum three years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Three years of direct employee relations experience.
• Experience supporting California employment requirements.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary HR resource for managers on employee relations across multiple locations.
• Counsel managers on attendance, conduct, policy violations and performance concerns.
• Review complaints, assess risk and recommend next steps.
• Provide confidential, well‑documented guidance and escalate sensitive issues when needed.
• Conduct timely workplace investigations and develop findings with recommendations.
• Coach managers on performance management and documentation.
• Review terminations and ensure lawful and compliant processes.
• Interpret and apply company policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Benefits, and Operations on HR matters.
