Responsibilities

• Maintain HR document control and update policies in collaboration with plant and corporate HR teams.
• Schedule monthly global HR meetings and manage agendas.
• Lead employee relations activities and coordinate events across the organization.
• Onboard new employees with onboarding processes and paperwork compliance.
• Analyze HR performance metrics and assist in developing improvement strategies.
• Administer benefit enrollment and communicate on benefits matters.
• Support safety communications and ensure confidential handling of employee information.
