Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee Team Member Relations, Engagement and Performance Management. You will lead investigations, guide leaders on policies, and develop programs that enhance morale and retention.

This role requires strong employment-law knowledge, superb communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects and events while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources roles, including generalist or specialist functions.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in HR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Team Member Relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Lead and develop a team of HR specialists responsible for investigations and outcomes.
• Advise leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, and organizational policies.
• Drive engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and events to improve morale and retention.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify trends and implement proactive HR solutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, tribal, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decision‑making and policy development.
