CommuniCare Health Services is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to interpret and enforce policies across our multi-state care network. You will oversee corrective actions, investigations, terminations, and escalated concerns with a focus on fairness, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
