Job summary

Wallick Senior Living in Columbus, OH seeks an Employee Relations Specialist to manage associate relations matters, investigations, and EEO complaints while advising on HR policy in line with federal and state laws.

You will resolve disputes, maintain confidentiality, and support a culture of respect and compliance with growth opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and benefits starting within two weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling employee relations investigations and EEO issues.
• Knowledge of federal/state HR laws and regulations.
• Proficient with HRIS and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with timely resolution of associate relations issues and investigations.
• Develop and enforce HR policies compliant with laws and organizational needs.
• Complete annual EEO-1 reporting and data tracking.
• Investigate and resolve discrimination complaints and engagement survey concerns.
• Maintain presence in workplaces to address issues proactively.
