CMDS Is Looking for a FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE RECRUITER.

This position is an ON-SITE, FULL-TIME position based in Colts Neck, NJ.

Are you the best of the best? Have you recruited rock star employees?? Do you always find the elusive “unicorn”? CMDS, the area’s leading internet marketing services agency, is hiring a full-time, on-site Employee Recruiter in NJ to seek out new CMDS employees and procure the best of the best.

This is a role that will afford the right person an opportunity to execute “Full Life Cycle” recruiting for key CMDS roles.

Job Description, Responsibilities, and Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing and executing recruiting assignments for senior-level roles including Project Managers/Account Managers, Marketing Managers, Graphic Designers, Executive Assistance, SEO/PPC Specialists, Social Media Managers, Content Writers, and other senior-level and digital marketing roles.
• Significant recruiting experience working with an agency or executive search firm is strongly preferred.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define requirements, delineate and implement recruiting strategy, establish recruiting delivery expectations, establish weekly communication updates and ongoing development.
• Responsible for weekly communications and status updates to CEO.
• Full life cycle recruiting including candidate identification and development, assessment and evaluation, presentation and delivery, candidate management, offer negotiation and closure, and candidate onboarding.
• Apply principles of behavioral interviewing and DISC profile assessment to access the qualifications of candidates
• Investigate referrals, references, and social media sources including LinkedIn to formulate a well-rounded view of applicants.
• Willingness to use cold or warm calling methods to recruit or research potential applicants.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media applications.
• Experience managing complex offers and negotiations.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• A professional, courteous demeanor on the phone and in person.
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships.
• College degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position is a full-time on-site Monday through Thursday from 8-6. EVERY FRIDAY OFF! Vacation and benefits package available.

COMPENSATION

We’ll pay for approximately 50% of your medical, 100% dental, 2 weeks paid vacation plus holidays and EVERY Friday off as well as give you a great place to grow. Salary for this ranges from 65-85k based on experience.
