WorkOS is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Employee Programs in our San Francisco office. You will own end-to-end onboarding, designing in-person programming and cross-functional training to accelerate ramp-up and productivity across distributed teams.
Responsibilities include building onboarding curricula, measuring effectiveness, and developing manager training with a focus on scalable, AI-enabled internal tools.

We're hiring someone to lead Employee Programs based in our San Francisco office. You'll own new hire onboarding end to end, designing and running programs that get people productive fast and fluent in how we work. You'll design and confidently facilitate the in-person programming that makes this happen, in our SF office and for our distributed teams, and build lightweight tools to track whether it's actually working. You'll partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to build training that supports competencies that scale as the company grows.
