Edelman Financial Engines is seeking a Product Marketing Associate to place employees at the center of how we market our products and services. You will translate insights into positioning, messaging and programs that connect employees with financial support from EFE.

You’ll collaborate across teams, turning data into actionable strategies and driving Employee Planning growth through multi-channel campaigns and thoughtful audience targeting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of track record delivering compelling and impactful work in relatable roles.
• Passion for research and understanding users and their preferences.
• Strong writing skills including ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs to drive advisor engagement.
• Analyze program performance to identify opportunities and optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Develop understanding of employee financial needs to define audience segments and messaging.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights and inform program development.
• Support project management of other programs within Integrated Marketing as needed.
