Job summary

Chatsworth Products (CPI) seeks an Associate Product Manager for our Round Rock, TX location. You will collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to shape Power & Electronic solutions from concept to launch.

The role focuses on software with broad exposure to power solutions, leading new product development, gathering customer requirements, and coordinating with partner teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree required in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience with electronic solutions or related high-tech industry.
• Proven track record of project management across multi-disciplinary, multi-site teams.
• Aptitude for understanding technical manufacturing environments and power systems (AC/DC).

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages new product development projects across Sales, Marketing, Design Engineering and Operations.
• Gathers detailed feature requirements from customers and partners to convert into user stories for engineering estimation.
• Leads feature and bug prioritization meetings with engineering teams.
• Creates training materials and delivers training for power and software solutions.
• Maintains product roadmaps and supports pricing and lifecycle decisions.
