Job summary

Graybar is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler in Maryland to ensure products are received, stored, picked, packed and shipped efficiently. The role leverages our warehouse management system and requires physical stamina, good attendance, and safety-minded work ethic.

Responsibilities include operating pallet jacks and forklifts, receiving goods, selecting and packing shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse.

Qualifications

• No fear of heights required.
• Pre-employment physical testing may be required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• 2+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with large warehouse operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material per warehouse management system.
• Select, pack, and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments; perform cycle counts.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and follow safety procedures.
