Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to ensure products move efficiently through the supply chain. You will unload deliveries, receive inventory, store products, and pick/pack customer orders.

As an employee-owned company, Graybar emphasizes growth opportunities, safety, and reliable benefits. You must lift up to 70 lbs, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Typical schedule is Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a pay rate of $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical requirements in a warehouse environment including lifting up to 70 lbs., climbing ladders and staying on the move in varying temperatures
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and use PPE
• Good attendance and work ethic
• Ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately
• Minimum 18 years of age required

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts
• Unload and accurately receive deliveries
• Store product in specific location and note in system
• Select and pack customer orders and deliver orders in light van or delivery vehicle
• Maintain clean warehouse including following all safety procedures and performing daily safety inspections
