Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to ensure goods move efficiently through receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping processes. The role relies on a Warehouse Management System and an employee-owned culture that supports growth and safety.

The position offers daytime hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay of $22, with opportunities to advance within Graybar’s employee-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and ability to pass pre-employment physical.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures and heights.
• Excellent attendance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store inventory using the warehouse management system.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments; conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and perform daily safety inspections.
