KeHE Distributors in Dallas, TX is hiring a Warehouse Loader to organize the loading dock and accurately load customer orders according to route sequence and dispatch times.

The role requires operating powered industrial trucks, inventorying materials, choosing loading configurations to maximize cube usage, and ensuring products are loaded without damage. You’ll work on-site, with health benefits after 30 days and an ESOP-backed culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years experience in a warehouse.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Load product into truck on pallets or by hand stacking or a combination thereof.
• Operate powered industrial truck to load/unload and move materials.
• Take inventory of materials on loading dock and ensure proper staging.
• Determine loading configuration to maximize cube utilization.
• Maintain safe work practices and communicate with internal customers.
