Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Warehouse Receiver to receive merchandise from vendors, unpack and stage goods, and document shortages or damages for proper storage and routing.

The role requires a minimum of two years in a warehouse, ability to operate powered equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and strong communication. Lift up to 75 pounds in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• A minimum of two (2) years previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to communicate well with internal customers and management.
• Ability to follow safe working practices, as instructed.
• Ability to efficiently work independent of direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and materials from outside vendors and document damaged goods or shortages/overages.
• Inspect product for quality, freshness, damage, size, and expiration dates.
• Unload trucks and break down pallets to fit storage spots.
• Load trucks for delivery and rotate product by expiration dates.
