Nicklas Supply Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

This in-person, full-time role involves receiving shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and helping with cycle counts while maintaining safety and accuracy. Working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, the position requires a PA driver license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and comfortable using scanners and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong math basics and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with learning computer and scanning systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments and verify orders.
• Organize, label, and store products in proper locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or shipment.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits to keep records accurate.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet daily goals.
• Utilize computers, scanners, email, phones, and inventory systems.
