Job summary

Nassco Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Wausau, WI to help move, store, and ship products accurately.

You’ll operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, while using RF scanners to track inventory and support daily warehouse tasks with a safety-first mindset. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year warehouse experience preferred, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and solid teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate (or learn to operate) powered industrial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stay active throughout your shift.
• Basic computer and RF scanning experience.
• Team-first attitude with solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, and store products safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers).
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and follow all safety procedures.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization.
• Work closely with your team and leadership to keep operations running smoothly.
• Jump in to support other warehouse or operational needs when needed.
