Nicklas Supply Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

This in-person, full-time role involves receiving shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and helping with cycle counts while maintaining safety and accuracy. Working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, the position requires a PA driver license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and comfortable using scanners and inventory systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in our day-to-day operations. Depending on your role you will receive incoming shipments, organize and put away inventory, pick and pack customer orders, assist with inventory counts, and help keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, label, and store products in the appropriate locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or shipment.
• Help maintain accurate inventory and participate in cycle counts and audits.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely and as required.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with coworkers and supervisors to meet daily goals.
• Use computers, scanners, email, phones, printers, and inventory systems.

Requirements:

• Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic math and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn computer and scanning systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. That requires standing and walking for much of the workday and performing physical tasks such as bending, squatting, climbing, reaching, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working at heights.

Preferred:

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Forklift or other material-handling equipment experience/certification.

What You Can Expect

This is an in-person, full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with overtime as needed. The warehouse environment can be physically demanding, with varying temperatures throughout the seasons and moderate to loud noise levels.
