Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate in Grand Rapids, MI to support materials management and the logistics function. You will help ensure stock is accounted for, processed, and organized to meet company standards.

You will participate in safety initiatives and learn to operate warehouse equipment while supporting the Distribution Center Manager. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and physical stamina for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Entry-level warehouse role; no prior experience required but reliability matters.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and work in a team.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work habits and established safety procedures.
• Participate in safety initiatives as assigned.
• Select material for shipment and shipment of stock.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and promptly.
• Identify and count inventory in assigned areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts.
• Back-up delivery drivers as needed and if qualified.
• Maintain quality and quantity performance and production standards.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Other warehouse tasks as assigned.
