Job summary

The Kendall Group is hiring for an Entry Level Distribution Center Associate to support receiving, storing, and distributing products across our Distribution Center network in Michigan. You’ll help ensure inventory accuracy, pick and pack orders, and assist with loading/unloading trucks in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate standard warehouse equipment, adhere to safety standards, and collaborate with a team to maintain efficiency and quality in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; no prior experience required or preferred.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and warehouse tools.
• Good verbal and written communication; able to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute stock; ensure items are accounted for and organized.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders promptly and accurately.
• Receive inventory and restock designated areas; support load/unload of trucks.
• Operate forklift or hand trucks and follow safety procedures.
• Participate in housekeeping and safety initiatives; attend trainings.
