The Kendall Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support materials management and the logistics department. You will help ensure stock is accounted for, organized, and prepared for shipment, while following company standards and safety procedures.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will pick, pack, count inventory, load trucks, and assist with deliveries as needed. This is an entry-level role with growth opportunities in a distributed warehousing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work habits and established safety procedures.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and promptly.
• Identify and count inventory in assigned areas and assist with shipments.
• Back-up delivery drivers as needed and if qualified.
