Job summary

Beck’s Washington, a 100% employee-owned retailer, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will work alongside team members to deliver excellent customer service, assist with stocking, scheduling, and store standards, and help manage inventory while training staff. This role emphasizes leadership by example and collaboration with an engaged team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily store operations
