Job summary

Huck's Food and Fuel in Kentucky is seeking a Market Associate Manager to oversee shift operations and assist in driving store profitability. The role requires strong customer service, scheduling, and leadership to support the Store Manager and future promotion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Gives customers prompt and courteous service, meeting Best In Class standards
• Observes shift hours and assists in scheduling as assigned by the Store Manager
• Works the Store Manager's days off and at least two evening shifts per week
• Performs tasks as assigned by the Store Manager and communicates with staff
• Follows all laws and company policies; acts as a role model for associates
• Keeps associates properly uniformed and delivers prompt, courteous service
• Keeps the store safe and maintains proper operation of cash and merchandise handling
• Maintains merchandising standards and ensures displays are stocked and fronted
• Ensures store appearance meets company expectations and sanitation procedures
