Responsibilities

• Greets all customers promptly (including gasoline intercom) and provides courteous service adhering to all Best In Class standard
• Ensures that store appearance reflects company expectations and standards
• Ensures that the store is open and ready for business during all hours
• Handles all customer conflicts by using our method of MAKE IT RIGHT
• Completes a shift checklist and records all hours worked
• Rings all sales on the sales register and records all voids, refunds and price overrides
• Advises Store Manager of any personnel situations or policy violations
• Maintains safety and cleanliness across store areas
• Promotes Huck's Bucks Loyalty app to customers
