Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Cooperative with co-workers.
• Patient and professional demeanor.
• Able to use mathematics to solve problems.
• Clear spoken English and legible writing; additional language a plus.
• Must pass a company drug screen.
• Valid driver's license; 21+ for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and resolve issues; fill propane tanks; keep showroom, trucks, and work areas clean.
• Demonstrate equipment features and assist with loading/unloading.
• Organize and maintain the equipment yard for safety and efficiency.
• Perform quality checks; ensure equipment is safe, clean, and ready for rental.
• Inspect returned equipment for fuel, hours, wear, and damage.
• Wash and prep equipment for the next customer.
• Coordinate with mechanics for repairs.
• Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude; interpret rental contracts.
• Follow safety protocols; perform other duties as requested.
