Job summary

NOOTER is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for industrial projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers, field teams, and leadership to ensure on-schedule delivery and accurate forecasting.

You will analyze schedule performance, update milestones, gather progress updates, and communicate status through reports and dashboards. Proficiency with Primavera P6 and strong CPM scheduling knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or related functions.
• Experience using Primavera P6 or similar enterprise scheduling software.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and updating baseline project schedules.
• Strong CPM scheduling principles knowledge.
• Ability to interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for industrial projects.
• Analyze schedule performance and track milestones and critical path activities.
• Gather progress updates and incorporate scope changes into forecasts.
• Prepare reports and dashboards communicating schedule status to management and clients.
• Use Primavera P6 and other tools to ensure schedule integrity across projects.
• Identify risks and propose recovery plans and sequencing improvements.
