Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or 3–5 years of related experience/training.
• Three to five years experience in a metal fabrication environment.
• Supervisory experience overseeing others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate activities of workers in manufacturing operations.
• Coach and develop employees; drive teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve targets.
• Provide regular progress reports to President and department staff.
• Participate in production scheduling, maintenance, and workflow improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
