The position requires 3–5 years of industrial maintenance, strong mechanical and electrical skills, ability to read blueprints, and computer literacy. Onsite work with an ESOP-owned company offering diverse projects and growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Industrial Production and Facility Maintenance experience.
• Knowledge and experience working with and maintaining PLC machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with PMs and CM's and basic computer literacy.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and be a team player.
• Eligible to work on government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Service, monitor and maintain PLC and NC driven equipment and supporting devices.
• Record maintenance activity in an electronic database and complete forms.
• Use gauges to verify tolerance requirements.
• Operate lifting equipment (scissor lifts, forklifts) as needed.
• Use lathe, milling machine and drill press for repairs.
• Assist with facility needs such as HVAC, plumbing and equipment.
• Follow safety, quality policies and environmental guidelines.
