Job summary

Hall Contracting of Kentucky, Inc. is seeking a Concrete Superintendent to oversee road and site construction projects as part of our 100% Employee-Owned ESOP company.

This salaried, full-time role involves coordinating with superintendents and foremen, representing the company in meetings, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years in asphalt/highway work and 2 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 10 years asphalt/highway experience required.
• 2 years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct activities concerned with road and site construction projects.
• Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities.
• Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings.
• May requisition supplies and materials to complete project.
