D&H Distributing in Fresno, CA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Fresno Distribution Center. You will direct daily warehouse operations, drive efficiency, safety, and quality, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet service levels and cost targets.

This onsite role requires hands-on leadership, process improvement focus, and the ability to mentor supervisors while upholding ISO/AS9100 standards and EEO commitments.

Formación

• Minimum of experience in supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment.
• 3-5 years managerial/supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop supervisors.
• Safety management experience.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred.
• Inventory control knowledge.
• Analytical reporting skills.
• Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience.
• Knowledge of financial accounting including P&L management and HR practices.
• Ability to manage changing and sometimes spiking volumes.

• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff with HR collaboration.
• Maintain work schedules and assignments.
• Monitor time and attendance and approve in a timely manner.
• Ensure efficient utilization of equipment and maintenance coordination.
• Maintain 5S workplace standards and safety procedures.
• Manage stock levels with staff collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with contract metrics and quality standards.
• Drive productivity, quality and safety improvements.
