Job summary

Suburban Enterprises is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead and develop production teams in a high-mix electrical fabrication environment, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

You will own daily execution of the production schedule, coach staff, and address defects while upholding safety and documentation standards. This role offers an ESOP-friendly, growth-oriented culture with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of manufacturing experience, plus 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience in electrical fabrication, panel building, wire harnessing, or industrial assembly preferred.
• Solid understanding of production schedules, labor standards, quality systems, and corrective actions.
• Comfortable using ERP systems for labor and job tracking.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own daily execution of the production schedule in the assigned area.
• Ensure work orders are prioritized per schedule.
• Lead, coach, and hold employees accountable to expectations.
• Ensure staffing, training, and skill coverage for daily ops.
• Ensure all work meets quality and documentation standards.
• Address defects, rework, and quality issues promptly.
• Own safety performance within the department.
• Enforce safety policies, PPE, and housekeeping standards.
