Job summary

Haley Ward, Inc. is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor / Project Manager in Stuart, FL to plan, coordinate, and manage survey projects end-to-end while operating within company policies.

The role combines technical surveying leadership with client management and business development duties. The successful candidate will have a Florida PSM license or the ability to obtain it within 6 months, 10 years of surveying experience, and a strong project management background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering is required.
• Ten years of surveying experience recommended or required.
• Registration as a Florida PSM or ability to attain within 6 months is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Directs project teams to deliver professional, economical, and effective survey products.
• Collaborates with other departments to fulfill contract requirements.
• Manages a project team and multiple projects.
• Manages contract budgets, estimates to completion, and updates clients on scope changes.
• Prepares project proposals with scope, time, and manpower estimates.
• Mentors and supervises junior and mid-level staff.
• Drives business development and cross-sells services within the organization.
