You will guide and develop a kitchen team, ensure safe food handling, and maintain clean, organized workspaces while contributing to an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the kitchen and food service program.
• Prepare food and work alongside the kitchen team during busy shifts.
• Train, coach, and support kitchen team members.
• Ensure food is prepared safely, consistently, and according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety throughout the kitchen.
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and product rotation.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing needs for the kitchen.
• Complete kitchen paperwork, temperature logs, and other required documentation.
• Work with store leadership to provide an outstanding customer experience.
