Job summary

Latitude Corp is seeking a Janitorial Technician to join its 100% employee-owned team in Manning, SC. The role involves a range of cleaning, basic maintenance, and supply management tasks in a climate-controlled facility dedicated to supporting the US military and national defense programs.

You will perform daily cleaning, basic office and restroom upkeep, and assist with vending supply management while adhering to safety standards and ISO-9001 procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• General knowledge of routine and preventative maintenance for buildings.
• Ability to read, communicate and follow instructions.
• Forklift driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare and requisition cleaning supplies and vending items.
• Operate basic equipment and perform minor repairs on buildings.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and mail/delivery duties between buildings.
• Ensure safety and ISO-9001 quality systems are followed in the department.
