Qualifications

• Experience managing hourly labor in service/facility settings.
• Proven leadership with ability to coach teams.

• Ability to perform operational tasks (cleaning duties) when needed.
• Commitment to safety policies and PPE.
• Strong communication and basic tech skills.
• Excellent organization and urgency in customer service.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own daily janitorial operations across assigned portfolio, ensuring quality and safety.
• Hire, onboard, train, develop, and coach staff; manage performance.
• Serve as main client contact with regular walkthroughs and issue resolution.
• Own labor, scheduling, payroll, supply ordering budgets.
• Identify and sell additional service opportunities and drive process improvements.
