Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in earthmoving and heavy construction with knowledge of cut/fill operations from a variety of projects.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Walk safely on 2:1 slopes on the jobsite.
• Safety-focused work habits and attention to hazards.

Responsibilities

• Operate scraper and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily routine inspections and report defects to supervisors.
• Work on cut/fill and mass excavation projects.
• Maintain a clean and well‑maintained work area and equipment.
